We made flowers out of coffee filters and pipe cleaners. Everyone really enjoyed painting the filters. Then we took pictures of our faces and glued them in the center of the flowers. The sign says, "We Are Blooming."

On Friday, March 1st students went to the gym to watch the annual teacher's Dr Seuss Reader's Theater.
This year the play was based of book that Seuss co-authored, Hooray for Diffendoofer Day!

After the play we chanted encouragement to Kade, a 6th grade student, who made it to the State Spelling Bee.

Students enjoyed showing their parents our computer lab during Family Fun Night.

We made Thing One and Two using our hand prints.
Then we wrote stories about what would happen if  they came to our house.
